Course Withdrawal:If a student wishes to withdraw from a course, a written request must be submitted to the administration. Refunds will be processed according to the following schedule:
Non-Commencement of Course: If a course is cancelled by Acharya Skill Development Centre due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances, students will receive a full refund of tuition fees.
Refund Procedure: Refund requests must be made in writing and submitted to the administration. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt of the written request.
Non-Refundable Fees: Application fees, registration fees are non-refundable.
Exceptional Circumstances: In exceptional circumstances such as medical emergencies or other valid reasons beyond the student's control, refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Third-Party Payments: Refunds for tuition fees paid by third parties (e.g., employers, sponsors) will be issued directly to the payer unless otherwise specified in writing by the payer.
Refund Disputes: Any disputes regarding refunds shall be resolved in accordance with the policies and procedures established by Acharya Skill Development Centre.
